Focusing on the development of a variety of precision optical element and specialized in integrating optical coating and semiconductor fabrication to create differentiation advantage which contains software and hardware and related process technology, and various kinds of optical applications.     Taoyuan factory started to produce 12” wafer OEM coating.


  • 2021

    Develop Micro Lens technology
    Taoyuan factory began to 8 inches wafer photo lithography coating OEM production
    Earn government’s SMEs accelerate investment action plan

  • 2020

    Won the 29th National Award of Outstanding SMEs and Rising Star Award
    Hsinchu factory 8 inches wafer photo lithography coating reach more than 100,000 layers and yields rate over 99.8%.

  • 2019

    Taoyuan factory expand 8 inches production capacity and reserve 12 inches production line.


  • 2018

    Develop graphical super low-reflection, nearly non penetrating black matrix and gain adoption from automotive supply chain

  • 2017

    Participate NSPO Space and Filter Projects, assist domestic aerospace industry capacity for development

  • 2015

    Absorption filter was certified by worldly known corporations and became one of the laptop lens module’s standard configuration

  • 2014

    Cooperated with a well-known photoresist corporation in Japan to develop infrared absorbing filters

  • 2013

    Cooperated with TSMC to develop ASML optical filter and gain adoption from domestic and foreign fab. Winning the year SBIR innovation technology award with POF

  • 2012

    Develop and complete POF, started short runs production in semiconductor wafer

    8 inche glass optical coating was certified by the world's biggest smartphone and gained adoption

    Implemented semiconductor photolithography process and combined optical film capability, cooperated with worldly known corporation to develop POF technology

    Succeed in developing 8 inche glass optical coating, enter the Wafer-level semiconductor industry chain with unique low stress technology

    OLPF is certified by the top three high-end film cameras and gain adoption

    Took the lead in industry developing 0.145mm filter, gained order from Nokia cell phone lens filters
